What is a group and what is it used for ?

A group can be a set of:

• Facilities belonging to one company
• Several companies belonging to one Head Contractor

 Groups are used to assign rights to users for a limited number of companies and/or facilities.

 Whether you are a Guest Supplier or Head Contractor, a group of companies is still created by our application:

• For a Guest Supplier, the default group of companies has the name of the company. This group can't be edited or deleted.
• For a Head Contractor, the default group of companies has the name of the Head Contractor. This group contains all the Head Contractor’s companies. It can't be edited or deleted.

 A user with the role of "Manager" can manage groups of facilities for the company for which they’re an account manager.

A user with the role of "Administrator" can manage the Head Contractor's groups of companies and facilities.
