Yes. To share the company account, the Account Manager must create other users, called Managers.
To create a new Manager, you must be logged in with the Account Manager user:
- In the menu bar, click on the account name
- In the menu that appears, click on "User Management"
- The list of account users will be displayed
- Click on the "New" button
- Fill in the required fields then click on "Confirm"
- The user list is updated; the user is created and active
- An email is sent to the newly created user. It contains information that will allow him or her to connect to SY
