If you have forgotten or lost your username, you can recover it at any time by asking it to be resent on the login screen by clicking on the link I lost my username.
A screen to send a new username is then shown. Just specify your company's country and a tax or national ID.
Note: the tax or national ID is case sensitive (upper and lower case letters are considered as different).
If the credentials entered are incorrect, a warning message is shown prompting you to repeat the action.
If the tax number or national ID entered is correct, an email containing the user's ID on SY is sent to the email address associated with the company ID. Then, click on the link in the body of the email to return to the sign-in screen.
