I have forgotten or lost my password

If you have forgotten or lost your password, you can recover it at any time by asking it to be resent on the login screen by clicking on the link I lost my password.

A screen for resetting your password will be displayed. All you have to do is fill in your email address or your username which was sent to you during your SY portal registration. We will send you an email so you can create a new password.

After clicking on the link in the SY email, just enter a new password that respects the security rules set up in the portal.

Note: it may take a few minutes to send the email. Please check your inbox regularly.
