How can I recover my username or password?

On the SY home and login screen, you can ask for your username or password to be sent to you.

Just click on one of the two links that are available:

• I lost my user name 
• I lost my password

For more information on the actions to take to recover your username or password, please refer to the corresponding sections.

Note: if you have forgotten your username, you can sign in by entering the email address you associated with your account.
